Designed with Architecture in Mind
AIRHAUS is co-founded by James Kay, a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 20 years' experience designing high-quality residential homes across London and the South East.
Unlike most air conditioning companies, we don't simply install equipment. We carefully consider how every system integrates with your property, coordinating locations, pipe routes, grilles and external units to achieve the cleanest possible finish.
Where planning constraints exist, including conservation areas, listed buildings and sensitive residential developments, our architectural expertise allows us to advise on the most appropriate solution from the outset. If planning permission is required, we can prepare and submit the application on your behalf, providing a truly seamless service from design through to installation.
