PROJECTS
Climate control, thoughtfully integrated.
From individual homes to larger commercial and new build installations, every AIRHAUS project is designed around the building, its architecture and the people who use it.
Projects in Progress
A growing portfolio of AIRHAUS installations. We're currently working on a range of residential, commercial and new build projects across London and the South East.
A range of our projects will be featured here soon, documenting the journey from initial design and system selection through to installation, commissioning and the finished space.
RESIDENTIAL
Homes & Apartments

NEW BUILDS
Designed From The Ground Up
Climate control coordinated with the architecture and construction programme from the earliest stages of a project.

Efficient, reliable climate control for offices, retail, hospitality and other commercial environments.
MAINTENANCE
Ongoing Care
Professional servicing and planned maintenance to keep air conditioning systems performing efficiently and reliably.
THE DETAILS MATTER
Good air conditioning should feel like part of the building, not an afterthought.
From the positioning of indoor and outdoor equipment to grilles, controls, pipework and concealed services, AIRHAUS considers the details that determine how a system looks, performs and integrates with the finished space.
FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION
A COMPLETE APPROACH
Every AIRHAUS project begins with understanding the building and how it will be used.
We consider cooling and heating requirements, system type, equipment locations, controls, aesthetics and installation routes before developing a solution appropriate for the project.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Understanding your property, requirements and expectations.
DESIGN & PROPOSAL
Selecting and coordinating the right system for the space
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
Professional installation with careful attention to the building and its finishes.
AFTERCARE
Testing, setting up and demonstrating your completed system.
BUILT AROUND THE BUILDING
MORE THAN JUST THE EQUIPMENT
The best air conditioning installations are considered before work begins.
AIRHAUS looks beyond the equipment itself, considering ceiling construction, joinery, lighting, drainage, electrical requirements, external unit locations and the relationship with other building services.
For new builds and major refurbishments, early coordination can allow much of the system to disappear into the architecture.
Wall Mounted Units
A practical and cost-effective solution offering excellent performance and sleek contemporary styling.
Ceiling Cassette Units
Installed flush within the ceiling, providing discreet four-way airflow that's ideal for open-plan living spaces.
Concealed Ducted
Virtually invisible air conditioning with only discreet linear grilles on display. Perfect for luxury homes and renovations.
Wall Mounted Units
Control multiple bedrooms and living areas from a single outdoor unit with individual room temperature control.
